It’s that time of year again, and it’s awesome! You guessed it. Comic-Con Season. Starting today is the New York Comic-Con, held at the Javitz Center in Manhattan. I’ll be ducking out of work a little early to try and get there by 5 pm and stay there until close, around 8 pm. I’ll be soaking in the show–and snapping photos–with partner-in-crime Rich Henn, who’s be in from Baltimore.
I’m hoping to buy a few comic books, maybe check out a panel–and promote Finders Keepers like crazy!

After the show we’ll head out for some food and drinks, and then head back to the show first thing tomorrow morning when the doors open at 10 am. The show conflicts with Passover, so I’ll have to duck out tomorrow around mid-day to have Passover dinner with my in-laws, and then I’m off to my mom’s place on Long Island for mid-day lunch on Sunday.
So it’s a jam-packed weekend, with Comic-Con kicking things off. My plan is to blog a few times about the show, to give that on-the-floor feel, plus I’ll post pics when I can.
